Your first conversation with me will prepare the ground for exciting coaching to come! We will be introduced, get to know a little more about each other, and create an overall vision of your desired goal or dream.

Next, we will set a day and time to meet again, in which we will roll up our sleeves, have conversation, and get to the fun work!

Each time we meet, we will enjoy checking in, having a goal conversation, and creating what I like to call “fun work” as you bring your dreams to life!

Is your initial conversation really free?

Yes! The purpose of this 30-minute session is to get to know each other, explore your goals, and determine whether or not we're a perfect match.

We'll be meeting via Zoom. Bring your coffee or tea, your authentic self, and an open mind.

How much does one-on-one coaching cost?

We offer an individual 1:1 coaching session for $45. You may also pre-buy four sessions for $160.

How is coaching different from therapy?

Psychotherapy is focused on addressing mental health issues and developing skills for coping with difficult emotions.

Life coaching is focused on helping you explore, discover, plan, and take action on your goals and dreams. We journey together with deep inquiry and radical self-compassion.
